When you want rapid cooling and freezing, E15 is what you want. From 90°C to 3°C in 90 min and from 90°C to -18°C in 240 min. Continuous operation is possible with adjustment speed of the fan to prevent drying of the products.

With E10, you can control the fan intensity, option defrosting, sterilization, low cooking temperature and an option to operate as fermentation chamber. High finish and ergonomic.
