Blue Vision

Retigo’s Blue Vision Combi oven is a large, intelligent oven for food preparation. It has a cooking chamber equipped with a rail rack for inserting pans containing food. The glazed door and the crosswise racks provide an excellent view of the meal. To make the cooking process easier, the combi oven is equipped with a temperature probe for checking the temperature inside the food, a hand-held shower for cooling the cooking chamber, basting and rinsing the chamber, and a flap valve for venting excess steam.
